So as it turns out, I know a lot of things. And I want to talk to you about them. Or want you to talk to me about things. If I can help you make more creative things, I want to do that. And I want to do this, for free.
I am offering free lessons/conversations/consultations/mentoring/time/support to creative people, locally or remotely (Zoom/Facetime/Skype).
Possible topics/areas/subjects:
-Composition (instrumental, electronic, mixed)
-Improvisation (performance, analysis, or composing for)
-Performance (contemporary/experimental performance practice)
-Instrument Design (acoustic, electronic, mapping, interaction)
-Programming (Max, with peripheral knowledge in other languages)
-Collaboration (mixed-media, video, lighting)
-Listening (critically)
-Anything!
Don’t feel limited by any of the topics above, these are just some rough ideas to put out there.
I offer up some time every week to do this, and would like to help as many people as possible.
Email me with your thoughts and we can set up a time to do this.

FAQ:
Why do this?
I believe in sharing and helping people.
What do you get out of this?
More art existing in the world!
What if I want to pay you for more lessons?
I’m not interesting in taking your money, and don’t actually have the time to take on regular students.
How often can I do this?
Depends on how many people are interested. Don’t know!
Can it be anything?
I’d like to limit it to things that fall within my funky skill-set and would be of maximal help. So as much as I love teaching piano from scratch, I’d avoid doing that here.
What if what I’m trying to do doesn’t fit with the kinds of things you do?
Feel free to email me anyways. If I can’t help, or don’t think I would be the best person to help, I will try to point you in the right direction.
If I have a gib gab session coming up, what should I do?
Before we book a session we’ll talk about this some, but ideally I will have some idea of what you are doing and have seen/listened/read any stuff you have already in order to get right into things.
WTF is gib gab?
Like talking back and forth: gib – gab – gib – gab.
